then a good shot would be to use the cable routers on the upper non-drive side chainstay to route the Rohloff cables (there are 2 of them). That cable routers aren't gonna be used for anything else since I'd rather be using the ones on the lower chainstay with the rear brake hose...
This should work, although I don't like the fact to spend even more money on my Rohloff... well Blue Pig frame may well deserve that!!
